Bureaucrat Demotions

Hi I'd like to start a vote on demoting these 3 inactive bureaucrats (2 of which are globally disabled).

Support - Two users are globally disabled, and the other is very inactive. There is no reason not to do this.

support -inactive, especially globalled bureaucrats, are useless, so there would be no reason to keep the blocked users

Support - Of course I'll respond. Ever since I knew they were underage, they have been demoted. As for Aminatronic, he had to be demoted cause of inactivity. We don't need inactive staff, do we?
